Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits

Payment plans are available for all trips. All agreed dates must be adhered to avoid cancellation of your space. Defaulting on a payment plan will result in them not being available to the individual in the future.

2. Balance Payments

All final payments are to be made between 6–8 weeks before the event start date.

3. Refunds

No refunds are offered, unless under exceptional circumstances. Approval will be granted solely at the discretion of the admin team.

4. Cancellations

In the event that you cannot make a social or competition after paying in full, you are responsible for finding a replacement angler and arranging payment directly with that individual.

• Cancellations made after paying only a deposit are strictly non-refundable.

5. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled due to conditions outside of our control (e.g., fish spawning or severe weather disasters), any prize money will be divided equally between all entered anglers and refunded.
